An Application and Referral packet can be downloaded
from this site. The packet will include an Application for
Treatment, Client Acceptance of Program, and other information about Bethany
Hall’s program.
Bethany Hall generally maintains a waiting list for
women waiting to enter treatment. There is
generally a waiting period before space will be
available for your referral. After the referral
paperwork is signed and returned to us and if the
referral is appropriate, the client will be placed on
our waiting list (unless a bed is available). You
may check in periodically to inquire about the
status of the waiting list.
We request that any social history information, pre-sentencing reports, psychological testing, etc. be returned with the Application packet.
